Michael here! Big milestone this week.

Our stability testing is now complete and we've resumed Beta production.

Where Things Stand

Now that we’re working through a real Beta production run, we’re finally able to see exactly how long everything takes to build, test, inspect, assemble, package, and ship at scale.

We’re also seeing where manufacturing bottlenecks can happen and building plans around them before they become larger issues.

That means we’re moving away from rough projections and toward locked production schedules directly from our manufacturing partners. Internally, that’s a huge confidence boost.

And with that, I want to acknowledge something directly:

We’ve adjusted timelines before, and we haven’t always communicated those changes as clearly or as early as we should have. That’s on us.

Going forward, our goal is simple:

• Say what we’re going to do.
• Do the thing.
• Then tell you when it’s done.

We’re now compiling the final production details and will share an updated timeline based on this new level of visibility in an upcoming update.

This Wednesday, Andrew and I will be attending Web Summit Vancouver.

And yes… we’re bringing Bía.

We don’t have a massive booth this year, just a small podium setup, so we won’t be running full nap demos. But if you stop by, you’ll be able to try on Bía, see how it fits, and experience the audio for yourself.
